Pet Policy

   

At Block 24 we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats 50 lbs and under (up to two pets total with a combined weight of 50 lbs).  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a non-refundable $300 pet fee, $100 refundable deposit and $15 pet rent, per pet, monthly.  Ask us about our restrictions on aggressive breeds.
